The Mould King 12026 – HXN 3 diesel locomotive is a remote-controlled building-block model of the Chinese diesel locomotive HXN3. With 1,090 parts you build an over 51 cm long, drivable model with RC drive and oval track – designed by Marbleman and made from GoBricks bricks.

The original – the HXN3 diesel locomotive

The HXN3 (also HXN3-2) is a Chinese freight diesel locomotive developed by China Railway together with General Electric and the Chinese manufacturer CRRC. It is one of the most powerful diesel locomotives in the Chinese rail network and is used mainly on non-electrified routes. The locomotive has an output of over 3.800 PS and is equipped with a modern multi-engine diesel drive. With its characteristic nose section and long body, it has a striking appearance. The HXN3 represents the transition of the Chinese rail network towards powerful, modern traction units for heavy freight transport.
