The M60 is an American main battle tank that became one of the most built Western tanks of its time starting in the 1960s. Under the name "Magach," it was modified to become the backbone of the Israeli armored forces and proved itself in numerous operations. Over the decades, the Magach received extensive modernizations in armor and equipment and is considered a robust, battle-proven classic.
