Processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 12 hours on working days after purchase (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During peak periods or promotions there may be delays. Thank you for your understanding.
Change of Address
If you would like to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee it once an order has already been prepared for shipping.

Shipment status
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. You can use it to view the current status of your delivery at any time. You can also view the status of your order in your profile under Orders.
Damage to the package
Please only accept the shipment subject to reservation and document the damage thoroughly (photo). Then contact our customer service so we can review the case for you.
Received the wrong item
If you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately with your order number. We will take care of a solution as quickly as possible and assume full responsibility.
Delivery to parcel lockers
At checkout, select a DHL parcel locker as the delivery address and enter your postal number and the parcel locker number correctly. This is the only way delivery can be made.
