Description

The Reobrix 66016 is an architectural construction brick set that recreates one of Europe’s most significant buildings as a detailed model: the Notre Dame de Paris cathedral. As the Reobrix Notre Dame, this set ranks among the more advanced architecture models and reproduces the world‑famous Gothic church in a clean, structured form using bricks.

The real prototype, Notre Dame, was built starting in the year 1163 and completed over almost two centuries. The cathedral is regarded as a masterpiece of Gothic architecture and, with its flying buttresses, rose windows and towers, has had a lasting impact on European sacred architecture. For centuries it served as the religious, political and cultural center of Paris. Since the fire in 2019 at the latest, Notre Dame has also stood as a symbol for the preservation of cultural heritage and European history.

The Reobrix 66016 Notre Dame consistently reflects this architectural significance. The distinctive west towers, the long, elongated roofline, the Gothic facade structure, and the characteristic flying buttresses are all executed cleanly at model scale. The result is a Notre Dame brick model that focuses not on play features, but on proportion, symmetry, and architectural presence. The model conveys the calm monumentality of the original very convincingly.

As a Notre Dame interlocking-brick model, the assembly is clearly structured and architecturally oriented. The building process follows the real structure of the edifice: foundation, facades, towers and roof structure are created in logically successive stages. This makes the cathedral's complex construction comprehensible and tangible during assembly. The construction is stable and designed for long-term display.

Once completed, the Reobrix 66016 feels like a small architectural monument. As a Notre Dame Reobrix model, the set fits perfectly into collections of historic buildings, European landmarks, and architecture models. Its crisp lines, balanced proportions, and restrained color scheme ensure high recognizability and strong shelf presence.

The Reobrix 66016 Notre Dame combines centuries of architectural history with modern brick-building techniques and shows how a Notre Dame brick model can be not just a construction project, but a piece of European architectural history—objective, dignified, and rich in detail.
