Are all parts compatible with LEGO®?
Yes, all sets we offer are 100% compatible with LEGO® and with each other. A set from CaDA, for example, can easily be mixed with LEGO® or Mould King.
Is this set suitable for my child?
Thanks to certifications and high quality, KBS's alternative building bricks can be recommended for children without hesitation. We do ask, however, that you observe the product safety information and the recommended minimum age.
Do I receive the latest version of this set?
Yes. At KBS you always receive the latest available version of a set.
How can I tell if a set has RC functions?
You can see this directly on the product page – in the description and under the additional information we indicate whether a set includes remote control or a power set.
Is there a building manual included in the set?
Yes, every set includes a printed step-by-step manual. If needed, these can also be downloaded as a PDF from the manufacturers' websites.
What does "pre-order" mean for a set?
A pre-order is an advance order. You secure your set before it arrives in stock. As soon as it reaches our warehouse, it will be shipped to you right away.
How long do I have to wait for my set with a pre-order?
That depends on the set – you can find the expected availability on the product page. As soon as your set is ready to ship, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link.
How do I redeem a discount code?
You can easily redeem discount codes at checkout. If a discount does not work, please contact our support team.

Missing parts are extremely rare. Should a part nevertheless be missing, please fill out our replacement parts form. We will review the case and send you the part as quickly as possible, free of charge.
