Processing time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 business day after purchase (excluding Sundays and public holidays). During peak times or promotional periods, delays may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
Address change
If you want to change the delivery address of an order you've already placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee it once an order has already been prepared for shipment.

Shipment status
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. You can use this to check the current status of your delivery at any time. You can also view the order status in your profile under Orders.
Package damage
Please accept the delivery only with reservations and thoroughly document the damage (photo). Then contact our customer service so we can review the matter for you.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service immediately with your order number. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and accept full responsibility.
Ordering to parcel lockers
Select a DHL-Packstation as the delivery address at checkout and enter your post number and the Packstation number correctly. Only then can delivery take place.
