Nature and scope of processing

We use the analytics service Microsoft Clarity from Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA) on our website. Microsoft Clarity uses cookies and other technologies to analyse user behaviour on our website (e.g. session recordings, heatmaps, click interactions). The data collected in the process (including IP address, location data, browser type, interactions on the page) is transmitted to Microsoft's servers and stored there. Purpose and legal basis

The use of Microsoft Clarity is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Our aim is to design our online offering to meet demand and to continuously optimise it.

Storage duration and transfer to third countries

The data is stored for as long as it is needed for analysis. As Microsoft is a US company, data may be transferred to the USA. Microsoft is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of data protection.

The mobile messaging service KBS – Welt der Steine (the "Service") is operated by KBS – Welt der Steine ("KBS – Welt der Steine", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms of Use"). We may change or discontinue the Service or individual features at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also amend these Mobile Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

By consenting to the SMS/text messaging service of KBS – Welt der Steine, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of KBS – Welt der Steine via your mobile carrier to the mobile number you provided, even if that number is registered on state or federal "Do Not Call" lists. Text messages may be sent using automated telephone dialling systems or other technology. Promotional messages may include offers, promotions, and other marketing content (e.g. cart reminders).

You understand that signing up for this programme is not a condition for making purchases and that your consent is not a condition of purchasing from KBS – Welt der Steine. Participation is voluntary.

We do not charge any fees for the Service. However, you are responsible for all costs and charges imposed by your mobile carrier for SMS/text messages. Message frequency may vary. You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. To do so, send the keyword STOP to KBS Shop or click the unsubscribe link in a message, if available. You will receive a one-time confirmation SMS to confirm your unsubscribe request. After that, no further messages will be sent unless you initiate them again yourself. If you have subscribed to other mobile messaging services from KBS – Welt der Steine, you must unsubscribe from those separately, unless otherwise required by law.
