Description

The Reobrix 33050 – Reobrix Submarine Type VII U-Boat is a building block model of the German Kriegsmarine Type VII U-Boat from World War II. With 3,987 parts across 14 construction sections, it creates a detailed building block military submarine model as a static display piece – featuring a removable deck structure, a detailed interior, and an impressive length of 140 cm.

The Original – The German Type VII U-Boat

The Type VII was the most widely built submarine of the German Kriegsmarine in World War II – over 700 units were produced. Measuring approximately 67 meters in length, armed with up to 14 torpedoes and an 88-mm deck gun, the Type VII boats waged the feared "Tonnage War" in the Atlantic against Allied supply convoys. Its most famous representative is U-96, which gained worldwide recognition through Wolfgang Petersen's film "Das Boot" (1981) and vividly captures the real experiences of the crews – cramped conditions, constant tension, and technical limitations. Despite or precisely because of these conditions, the crews are still considered one of the elite units of World War II.

The Model – Reobrix 33050

The Reobrix military vehicle model recreates the Type VII U-Boat with its long, slender hull, the "Wintergarten" conning tower, and the characteristic deck gun using building blocks. The deck structure is removable, revealing a detailed interior – complete with periscope, torpedo rack, control table, and galley. Icebreaker saw, steel cable design, and a nameplate with a base stand complete the historical submarine model. Designed as a pure technical military building block static set – no motor, no RC, no LED.

Technical Data

The Reobrix Submarine Model 33050 includes 3,987 parts in 14 construction sections (873 building steps). The finished Reobrix Marine Model measures 140 × 12 × 33.6 cm (L × W × H). Recommended for ages 14 and up. Static set – no motor, no RC, no LED. Included: nameplate, base stand.

Whether as a Reobrix Submarine display model for WW2 and naval history fans or as a building block military submarine kit for demanding builders – the Reobrix 33050 is an impressive historical submarine model with interior details and a length of 140 cm.
