We store our goods in Germany and can therefore ensure fast, predictable shipping from our local inventory. On request, we can also handle the entire import process – including transport, customs clearance, and processing for project-related orders with our partners in China.

Can I also have it imported directly from China?

Yes. On request, we can organize the entire import process. The shipping method and delivery time are agreed together.
Is dropshipping possible?

We offer dropshipping exclusively for Shopify partners. Setup is carried out by individual arrangement.

Yes. Scheduled arrival times are coordinated before every import. We communicate changes directly and promptly. However, arrival times are variable and dependent on third parties such as customs and the agreed import method.

On request, we support you with assortment selection, quantity planning, and sales forecasting based on our market expertise.
How are complaints or shortages handled?

In our experience, shortages are ruled out; damage is resolved flexibly and quickly.
Can I split my order across multiple delivery addresses?

Partial deliveries or split shipments are possible, provided they are agreed in advance. However, additional costs must be expected.
How does pricing work for imports?

Pricing is based on quantity, shipping method, and the desired lead time. You will receive a transparent quote in advance with all cost items.
