The JIESTAR 57010 – JIESTAR Subaru STI RC is a remote-controlled building block model of the iconic Subaru Impreza WRX STI in 1:8 scale. With 2,978 parts, it creates a detailed RC sports car model with remote control, LED lighting, and an opening hood.

The Original – the Subaru Impreza WRX STI

The Subaru Impreza WRX STI is one of the most famous rally legends in automotive history. Since its introduction in 1994 as a high-performance version of the Impreza, it has won six World Rally Championship titles – three drivers' titles through Colin McRae (1995), Richard Burns (2001), and Petter Solberg (2003), as well as three manufacturers' titles. The vehicle was developed for the WRC by the Subaru World Rally Team in collaboration with Prodrive and was one of the dominant forces in rally racing for over a decade. The road-going WRX STI is directly derived from this race car. It features a turbocharged 2.0- to 2.5-liter four-cylinder boxer engine with permanent all-wheel drive. In its latest generation, the engine produces 300 hp and accelerates the vehicle from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.2 seconds. The distinctive feature of the STI is its large rear wing – along with the wide body, the intercooler air intake on the hood, and the gold alloy wheels in "World Rallye Blue," the WRX STI is instantly recognizable.

The JIESTAR Subaru STI model precisely replicates the sports car's characteristic silhouette with its distinctive rear wing, wide fenders, auxiliary headlights, and hood air intake using building blocks. The hood can be opened. The rear wing is adjustable. LED headlights and taillights are installed. The model is fully equipped with RC technology: drive, steering, and remote control are included. The JIESTAR RC vehicle is controlled via a 2.4 GHz remote control, or alternatively via an app.
