The Long March rocket family (Chinese: 长征, Cháng Zhēng) is the backbone of the Chinese space programme. Since its first launch in 1970, China has used various versions of the Long March rocket to carry satellites, space probes and supply modules for space stations into space. The rocket thus stands for China's growing role in international spaceflight. The CaDA C56026 shows a rocket from this tradition-rich family in a compact format – ideal as an entry into the world of spaceflight building block models.
