The Long March rocket family (Chinese: 长征, Cháng Zhēng) is the backbone of China's space program. Since its first launch in 1970, China has used various versions of the Long March rocket to launch satellites, space probes, and supply modules for space stations into orbit. The rocket thus represents China's growing role in international space exploration. The CaDA C56026 depicts a rocket from this traditional family in a compact format – ideal as an introduction to the world of space-themed building block models.
