Description

The Mould King 12025 – Mould King Train is a remote-controlled brick model of a classic steam locomotive in the style of the Orient Express locomotive SNCF 231. With 3,898 parts, motors, tracks, and even real steam generation, it creates a large, fully functional railway model.

The Prototype – The Steam Locomotive

Steam locomotives shaped the age of railways like hardly any other machine. For over a century, they pulled passenger and freight trains across the tracks and became a symbol of the Industrial Revolution. Characteristic features include the large boiler, the chimney with steam emission, the large driving wheels with visible linkages, and the trailing tender with coal and water. To this day, steam locomotives fascinate railway enthusiasts with their impressive technology and nostalgic charm.

The Model – Mould King 12025

The Mould King Train model recreates a classic steam locomotive, complete with a coal wagon and a luxurious passenger wagon, as a fully remote-controlled technical model. The boiler, large driving wheels with linkages, and the driver's cab are meticulously reproduced. It is powered by electric motors with a battery box, and the locomotive is comfortably controlled via a tactile remote control. A special highlight is the integrated infrared water nozzle, which generates real steam plumes with distilled water – just like the original. LED headlights illuminate the locomotive atmospherically. The wagons can be easily connected and disconnected via magnetic couplings. Tracks are included in the scope of delivery.

Technical Data

The Mould King 12025 Train Set includes 3,898 parts made of ABS plastic. Fully remote-controlled, with motors, rechargeable battery box, remote control, IR steam generation, and LED headlights. With tracks. Recommended for ages 14 and up.

Whether as a steam locomotive model for railway fans or as a large remote-controlled brick train model for collectors – the Mould King 12025 is a detailed replica of a classic steam locomotive with real steam generation and atmospheric lighting.
